Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago – Chicago, IL

In December 2014, the Sisters of St. Casimir Motherhouse was transferred to Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, who desired a stronger presence on the south side of Chicago, and was renamed St. Casimir Center. It provides assistance to the homeless, veterans, the unemployed, seniors, and those in various life transitions. At this Center, over 800 meals-on-wheels and 700 after-school lunches are prepared and distributed daily.  St. Casimir Center continues as the home and administrative offices for the Sisters of St. Casimir.
